Step 4: Finishing
When paint is completely dry, apply two coats of varnish with sponge brush, allowing each coat to dry completely before applying the next coat. When dry, lightly "sand" sign using brown paper bag. Using palette knife, apply Snow-Tex to the top of the sign to create a three-dimensional "snow" effect.
